Ukrzaliznytsia simplifies rules for carriage of children

After May 29 2015, children under the age of 16 will only need to provide a notarized copy of their birth certificate or other documents certifying the child's age to travel on domestic routes, whereas previously the original certificate was necessary.
According to a press release issued by Ukrzaliznytsia, the corresponding changes to the rules of the carriage of passengers, baggage, cargo-luggage and mail were made in accordance with Infrastructure Ministry order No. 145 dated April 20, 2015.
